Request to Borrow a School Device

Fill out the form linked below to request a school device for at-home learning. We will be notified once you submit your form and will assign a device to your child. Your device will be ready for pickup the following morning at the front office.

 

Please note that you must fill out a form for each child you are requesting a device for.
